Founded by Riverside County Supervisor Karen Spiegel, the conference was created to provide women with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow both personally and professionally. Karen recognized the need for a space where women could come together to share experiences, build meaningful relationships, develop leadership skills, and support one another in achieving their goals.

Today, the conference continues that mission by bringing together professional women from across Riverside County for a day of inspiration, leadership development, and networking.
