Born in Hong Kong to a German mother in Chinese father, Martina Kwan was destined into a life that was different. She spent her childhood in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, but credits living in Beirut, Lebanon during the Lebanese War between the ages of 8 and 10 as an experience that defined much of her fearlessness today.

Her unique path in life has shaped her into a woman of Drive and determination. Her two Masters of Science degree secure her senior role with KPMG, PwC, Lehman Brothers, and Ian Schrager Hotels. At heart, she is an award-winning Business Entrepreneur and has won 2 Emmy Awards 4 Telly Awards and 9 Furniture Design Awards.

Daring to be different is what drives Martina today…literally! 10 years ago, at the age of 50 Martina changed her life completely and became determined to become a race car driver. She is now a 3X champion, FIA international license, race car driver and drove professionally as a fully sponsored factory driver for the American car manufacturer Saleen  in the GT World Challenge.

She is  a proud Mother of 2  beautiful girls and 2X International Best-Selling Author and is happy to have met the love of her life Dwain  almost 9 years ago.  Workwise, she is the CEO of DK Racing School, which is the world‘s first 100% Woman Owned Racing School open to the public, and is a pro racing car coach. She is also the CEO of her coaching company Daring to be Different, in which she is a Champion Mindset and Confident Coach and the Creator of FIERCE (Freedom of Invent Eternal Real Confidence and Effortless Life) Method.

She also hosts her signature FIERCE Confident Women’s Retreats, which are meant to turn Challenges into New Beginnings.  Though her unique coaching modalities, including being a Certified Lifestyle and Wellness Coach from Harvard Medical School she is able to quickly and effectively help people or eradicate their problems, fears and traumas, etc. Anything is possible at any age if you believe in yourself.
