Yasmine Freedman

Yasmine Freedman, Mrs. California International 2025, is a dynamic motivational speaker, educator, and advocate whose life story is a testament to resilience, faith, and purpose. A first-generation American born in New York City to Trinidadian parents, Yasmine’s journey began on the runways of Fashion Week and led to features in over 60 media outlets spanning magazines, television, and film.

Her path evolved from modeling and dancing professionally as a Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader to cheering for the Philadelphia Soul and later serving her country through public service roles with U.S. Senator Arlen Specter and President Barack Obama. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations and a Master’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Saint Joseph’s University.

Now residing in Southern California, Yasmine is a devoted wife to Dr. Kevin Freedman and proud mother of two. As Mrs. California International 2025, she passionately champions her platform, Anchored in Purpose, which uplifts lives through faith, service, and advocacy. Her work with A21 in the fight against human trafficking and her service in women’s ministry at Impact Church are just a few reflections of her heart for empowering others.

From the stages of national pageants to the streets of South Africa—where she has fed and prayed for vulnerable children—Yasmine brings authenticity, compassion, and power to every room she enters. She is committed to helping others rise, believe in their God-given purpose, and lead lives anchored in faith and service.
